Didn’t eat. Tried to make a cup of tea but coffee in hot water
Bathroom had mold and odor. People in outside area drinking and loud music most the night. The pool was closed.no ice machine was broke

Outdated, felt grungy, no soda machine, room smelled a little like smoke, furnishings in sad shape, walls need redone, baseboard trim coming off. Way over priced. This should have been $50 a night not $122

Did not use breakfast. The front desk staff did change room for us when asked. She was very pleasant and helpful.
The first room we were given smelled extremely musty. Under the air conditioner was wet. We were then given a second room, it was not as bad but still smelled musty. We stayed in it but will not return to this hotel again. We travel to GLasgo once a year with a large family group, we will choose to stay else where.

Location
First off pool is closed due to issues. When I ask about a discount because of no pool, I was informed I already had gotten a discount booking online. Was given a room right next to the covered pool and furtherest away from parking. The parking spot was covered in big stones. The room had an odor of cigarettes. The ac filter was very full. Bathroom door barely misses the bed and would not close all the way due to bunched carpet. Toliet would only flush every other time. Woke up to ants everywhere in the room. Went to get free breakfast. There was no coffee but plenty of ants there also. No vending machines. Basic cable. Watered down juice.

Convenient to the sites we were visiting and near restaurants and convenience stores.
Disappointed that the pool is closed. We wouldn’t have chosen the hotel if the pool had not been advertised as an amenity.

the security lock on the door was broken so I didn’t feel safe but I was too tired from traveling to complain. the bed was uncomfortable and the linens were itchy.

Immaculately clean room, super comfortable bed and very quiet motel . . . three things that are important to me as I’m a frequent traveler.
Having breakfast available was really nice. The motel is conveniently located to everything.
Water was never hot in the morning (always at night, though).
No outlets at all near the vanity/sink.
When checking in on Sunday afternoon (3/12), I asked the woman behind the counter if I could have a ground floor room (I have arthritis in both knees) and she told me that none were available and put me in an upper room (#224). Yet during my three-night stay, I noticed that there were always at least a dozen ground floor rooms that were unoccupied. I have no idea why she wouldn’t accommodate my request. That impacts the overall customer experience. The other woman who worked mornings on Mon, Tues and Wed was top notch and a pleasure to interact with!

The bed was super comfortable. The shower was great. The room was very clean. The staff was accommodating. We were less than thrilled that it was more of a motel than hotel. The rooms opened up to the outside. There were cigarette butts all over the place outside our door.
Unfortunately, the power went out after the first night of our 3 night stay due to a wind storm. We drove around for awhile, hoping it would come back on, but no luck. They were kind enough to let us cancel our reservation and even found us another place to stay.

Everything was really good here. 1st room Fridge didn't cool they immediately upgraded and moved us. Very good place to stay

The room was in really really bad shape, curtains broken, holes poorly patched in walls, the jacuzzi tub was disgusting, the calking around the tub was moldy and all over the place. If you pay 50 bucks for the jacuzzi room you still might be paying too much. Also if you want water... You have to go to a gas station down the road because all they sell is pop. Breakfast was pretty much as expected. They are renovating the place but it looks like they are using their uncle's friend who has no actual experience in renovations but he'll do it for a discount...
