I truly appreciated that I was given a room on the first floor with a toddler. It was just him and I and it made it so much easier to transport him and our stuff to and from the car. I appreciate the room cleaning while we were away.

Overall the staff was great, breakfast was good.

Our air unit was out and could never cool down the room.

No hot breakfast available even though they said it would be. We stayed 4 nights and they had nothing during our stay except muffins and cold items.

I paid for a King suite with a sofa bed so my grandchildren could sleep there and when we arrived we were told there were no mattresses on the sofa bed. They were changing out furniture and had removed the mattress. The children could not stay in our room and I so had to move the coffee pit to the bathroom to plug in to use as the outlet was in use for the small refrigerator and television. The whole set up was ridiculous. I was never compensated for spending extra for the room upgrade that I didn’t get. Our room wasn’t cleaned the entire time we were there.

It was a very old building Breakfast could have been better Had to move 3x because of TV and internet issues.

It was easy to get to and clean. The breakfast was good.

After driving from LSU v Alabama game and arriving at midnight our room key would not work. It worked the day before. The front desk had to use a special device to open door.

The breakfast was awesome but breakfast staff seemed upset.

Breakfast area could have been more clean and also lights went out for a long period.

My bed was comfortable, the pillows were good, the staff was nice, breakfast was as good as any hotel. All of my room was reasonably clean except the bathroom.

The shower was moldy and there were beard hairs in the sink. The toilet had a blue sponge cleaner on it, but mineral build-up was visible. The shower and toilet need a good scrub.

The staff were very helpful at check-in and check-out, pointing out the elevator, stairs and breakfast facilities. The hotel was fairly clean, with only a slight smell of disinfectant noticed at our arrival. The rooms were in good shape. The a/c worked well and kept the room cool. There were no obvious defects anywhere.

The only issue I had was with the difficulty of closing the blinds all the way. Our room faced the parking lot, which had bright lights on it at night. It would be useful to have a safety pin or some type of clip on hand to hold the two blinds together to keep the light out of the room at night.
