Lovely place, felt like a ski chalet with lovely decor, art everywhere. Really lovely modern breakfast and lounge facilities. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. Breakfast was a level above standard fare, with the normal items plus waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausages. Enjoyable stay, pleasantly surprised - would stay again.

Need an extra toaster in the breakfast area to stop the delays at breakfast from people queuing to use the single toaster. Because the entrance to rooms is from outdoors which is lit up overnight, it is not possible to sleep with the blinds open because it is too bright. The air conditioner was very loud.

the room was so loud! the air conditioning was sooo loud and the controls on it didn’t work. so our room was freezing because it was all the way up. the bathroom was small and the light was on a dial which was fine, just kind of dated. also, the staff didn’t tell us about breakfast in the morning so we were a little late. our girls were hungry and the staff was rude when we tried to grab what was left while they closed down.

Breakfast was great! Plenty of choices.... Room was clean; however, beware- some floors require entering your room via outside. Staff was pleasant and willing to offer directions regarding layout of hotel.

Entering the room from outside. Carrying luggage and the small outside hallway was a bit difficult. Window did not lock / accessible to hallway.

Loved their lounge with fireplace. Breakfast(included in fee) was good. Comfy bed. room with filtered water faucet(drinkable). Location is perfect. Shops and restos nearby. Check in/out was fast and smooth because they ask you to pre register.

The receptionist was very polite

There was a very foul odor in the hallways and elevator. The exhaust fan was not working in our bathroom.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. There was an issue with the tub not draining quickly. I reported it to the front desk on check out and she made a note to have someone address it. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Our stay was short so I did not get a chance to check out the work out room. I would stay again.
