What breakfast!There was none!!

facial tissues in room would have been nice. A blow dryer that worked would have been nice. A television channel guide would have been nice. Hot water in the shower would have been nice. A "Do not disturb" card for the door would have been nice. That ant not crawling on me during the middle of the night would have been nice. The fact that a new door key card had to be made on the second day of our stay seemed unusual. An ice machine that worked on our floor would have been nice. The fact that this establishment did not tell it's customers that they were were remodeling (not even at check-in) and many areas of the motel closed, Including the gathering space for the nonexistent continental breakfast promised in their literature. Perhaps a discount should be forthcoming.

Beds were comfortable, a/c was good

The place was a total dump. Filthy Dirty. When you sat down on the toilet it moved. The air conditioner was really loud and when it kicked on and off it woke us up every time. The bathroom was disgusting. The coffee in the room tasted old.

staff was very friendly and welcoming. price point was great for the area. rooms were standard. furniture was relatively new.

needs updating and a deep clean. walls and touch points were visibly dirty. elevator and stairwells had not been cleaned in a long time. pocket doors for bathroom was beyond disgusting. I wasn’t expecting greatness for the price. it just needs a deep clean.

Nothing I booked this and asked the rep did they have a pool and continental breakfast I was told yes and neither was open or working I should get some type of refund credit or something and the front desk person was rude about the entire thing If this is the service you all are booking for I will never use you again and will tell my family and friends not to use you

I requested a non-smoking room. Was initially put into one. Requested change. Was shown 3 rooms. Summary - only ONE of these rooms had been cleaned, other two obviously not cleaned according to standards and both smelt like smoke. Booking.com facts incorrect. Breakfast is not served. The guy at the front desk was nice

The room was not clean, there were stains on the sheets, old food in fridge, and no toilet paper in bathroom.
