Wonderful staff, very professional but very personal! Beautiful rooms!

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam, toen ik onverwacht naar het ziekenhuis moest. Dat was meer dan geweldig.

De kamers waren verouderd en op mijn kamer kon de airconditioning het niet aan. En er was geen lift. Wel fijn dat er een zwembad was, maar daar was geen schaduwplekken te vinden.

I’ll have to say my favorite was the pool. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff were very nice.

Well, it would’ve been better if they had not put me in a room full of cockroaches apparently if you rent a pet room rooms 235 240 and 232 I seen one or two cockroaches the first night big ones and I know the difference between a water bug and a cockroach they were brown band Cockroaches The room they switch me to was right next door it had quite a few baby cockroaches in the dresser beside the bed. I took pictures, but there’s nowhere to put them on here so I do not recommend staying in the pet rooms for sure I can say how the other rooms were because they never let me have one. And the top that they accuse me of not paying the pet fee the first night To find out that they’re bookie, put it in the wrong place .Hope this helps everyone. Close to Biltmore estate

Beds were not real comfortable. Rooms need updating . Couch in room grimey .

Impressed how close we were to downtown and resturants. The room was very clean, the morning breakfast was just enough, not to much.

The pool was clean and Lauren the -9 year old girl at the front desk was excellent!

My refrigerator didn’t work and neither did the washing machine. House keeping was lazy. And the staff was rude. Breakfast was cold mostly and they ran out of things constantly.

Breakfast was really amazing!
