Room decent. Bathroom disgusting. Had to wait on counter staff to run to Walmart then make coffee so that we could check out and get a receipt. And forget breakfast. Watered down OJ and waffle mix. 1 English muffin, sour milk and tough sausage patties.

The breakfasts were horrible therefore we ate out costing additional money as I selected this hotel partly because of the breakfast.
The main reason I selected this hotel was the pool it was sunny the day we arrived and put our suits on only to learn the pool was closed because it rained the day before we arrived then due to rain the other day the pool stayed closed

Hotel was dirty all over the place, toilet was clogged, one of the towels was so dirty it had dark stains, wifi didn't work ... Horrible place.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LOOKS OF THIS HOTEL. IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE PICS ON WEBSITE. THE BACK OF BUILDING HAD BLACK GUNK RUNNING DOWN THE WALLS THERE WERE WINDOWS OPEN WITH CURTAINS HANGING OUT. IT WAS NASTY. NO CONSTRUCTION WORK GOING ON AS CLAIMED. LOOKED LIKE CRACK ADDICTS AND ALCHOLICS LIVED THERE. IT WAS IN A BAD PART OF TOWN. COULD NOT GET A REFUND AT THAT TIME. IT MADE ME SICK ON MY STOMACH. I ENDED UP HAVING TO GO TO FAIRFIELD INNSS AND SUITES FOR THE WEEKEND.

John that worked the desk at checkin was very Nice and Professional. He made sure to Accommodate our requests for check in even the though the Hotel was not Up To Par. That was Best about our stay. Other than we may have left.
The Hotel was very Out Dated! Needs Renovations. There Checking Process very OutDated. Haven't seen that Process for probably 10-15 yrs. ( I work in Hotels over 20 yrs). Also Hair on the Floor, Cold Water Shower, Parking lot Area didn't look Safe...

The room was extremely filthy we found a bug in the bed dead and hair. Everything dusty, bathrooms terrible. We left and didn’t stay the night. Checked in went to dinner and then checked out. Had to get the required deposit back. Plus they spoke bad about booking.com

the dirty EVERYTHING, feces around the toilet, hair in the linen, refrigerator was disgusting, floors ugh smh , people walked the hallways all night

The bed was to small, the room was dirty, the towels looked used, the ac unit wasn’t working well, put me upstairs and it was very noisy, a bad smell in the room and it had bugs in it
