The location of this hotel is convenient for travelers but the facilities is problematic. It’s a perfect location especially if you are traveling across the country.
Look I have to be honest. I know this is somebody’s business, but I’ve got to give an honest review about my experience. They put a sign saying the place is being renovated; crap. The place need to be closed down until renovations are completed. Room 103 need to be closed down. That is the room I got. There was bugs in my room and on the bed. The hotel staff blamed it on the rain/the weather (nonsense). July 14th it rained at night. The floor in room 103 got wet. The floor right side of the bed, by the bathroom. Travelers need a restful night of sleep. Not concerns about bugs crawling on them at night. I’m extremely disappointed.

Price and location good for traveling family.
Room was clean and didn’t have a weird odor. The a/c unit in the room didn’t work. Staff was very nice and helpful on check in and out . Looks to be going under renovations. Doing their best.

It was clean and convenient location when road tired. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly.
Just a bit on the old/rundown side. An older facility they are obviously working to make better.

It is an inexpensive motel in Tucumcari NM.... I got exactly what I paid for. Rooms were clean, braeakfast was hot. I would stay again

Location
When I checked in clerk told me one of rooms floor in bathroom was wet but ok. Actually the toilet was leaking,. The desk clerk told me if we needed another room let him know. when my daughter went back he said I told him it would be OK. I did not! The room above me had a child jumping running at midnight couldn't sleep. Tried calling desk phones weren't working. Top of toilet broken. My father always told me "you get what you pay for". Boy was he right....price cheap so we're accommodation. Sounded like a broken radiator when my son turned in his bed.. wasn't thinking about pictures just wanted to leave 😕

Property needed a major renovation. Stains on the ceiling. security cameras missing in part of the hallways. breakfast was nonexistent. biscuits were burnt. we really can’t believe they would call it a continental breakfast. No bar soap for the rooms. front desk said to use the shampoo for soap.

A very welcome refuge during a dust storm. Service was first class a more than fair budget motel on the very edge of town

The price got changed 327.04 n online it said 158.64 for 2 rooms 4 beds for 1 night, I guess they charged me 160 for my small dog 😔 bathroom was very dirty, pillows were very flat, beds were just as flat, no breakfast n it says there is on building n on bookings, the bath tube filled up with water while showering....👎👎👎 1 more thing not what it looks like on bookings very sad they have to get someone else photos....

Most basic needs met. Hotel has more heart than other places I stayed over my road trip. The attendant cleaning the lobby area and rooms was a total sweetheart.
Not much too hate on: It’s not fancy and the price was super chill. Perfect for a solo traveler just looking to hang there hat for the night and hightail it in the AM. I’ll be back for sure.
