Amenities were good.

I had $1500 of tools stolen out of my truck overnight.

It needs updating, bathroom needs a good scrubbing.

And I room I noticed around about 2 o’clock in the morning I could hear something in our closet. I woke up my husband and we both heard something rustling around in there, and when my husband open the door and I turned on the light nothing was there so he decided to go back to bed and then the sound came back and loud bang in the closet. We couldn’t sleep the whole night.

The rooms were very creepy

Nasty attitudes from staff working at the front desk! Rude, and not friendly! Facility is pretty run down an needs a lot of repairs. Not worth the cost of staying there. Will not stay there again in the near future

Nothing at all! Poor customer service and definitely will not recommend this hotel.

We arrived in this hotel so late and exhausted. No parking for us we have SUV towing a car, the male in the front desk said we can park in mall area which beside them and gave my husband parking pass and was instructed to use the back door w/c automatically lock, which he didn't assist us. In the morning I went to breakfast area by exactly 9:00am, and was told by the staff that it is closed already while she is taking out all the food to keep. There are some clients there finishing their breakfast. The staff said breakfast is only 6am to 9am, I mean I was there 9m exactly I mean she could just offer me what was left there but instead just told me emphasizing it is "closed already" .. Poor in customer service, not polite and helpful. My husband was till sleeping about 9:20 and the housekeeper knocked so that she could clean the room.. Housekeeping should do it by 11am in check out time. I will not recommend this hotel and we will not go back here.

Location was good. We went out for breakfast.

Close to the route we had planned between Montrose and Prescott.

Their non intervention when I was trapped in the elevator for over 20 minutes. No response to my emergency calls, alarm bells and shouts. I had to kick repeatedly at the door to break my way out. No first aid or even a cup of water was forthcoming, one of the reception staff said “…this kind of thing can happen at other hotels..”

Near several places to eat and shop. Conveniently located next to a major exit off the freeway. Free wifi allowed me to download several movies to watch at a later time.

No continental breakfast was available to be served.
