The room was clean and spacious. I liked having plenty of room for my wheelchair. The included breakfast was delicious.

Location. It looked like a depressed area. A staff member parked in the accessible parking spot.

Nice staff. Breakfast good. Swimming pool was a bonus. The location is perfect, behind the Rancho hotel where u can visit, eat n enjoy a drink at the bar. Easy to find n great car park.

The only problem we had with staying here was, if you are a light sleeper there is a train switch yard not to far away that does make a lot of noise.

The full breakfest. Includes fruits and few kinds of breads. Open from 7:00-10:00. Comfortable beds.

The physical property was excellent. Check in was rather slow mainly because she was very polite and didn’t rush anyone including on the phone.

The pool was cloudy but our kids swam anyway. The breakfast included everything you could ask for and was very good but seemed to pre-prepared (packaged?)

Rooms need updates. Musty smell in room. Breakfast was so-so. Many things did not work: juice machine, pancake machine.

I loved the chair with the ottoman in our room. The breakfast was great because there were so many things to choose from. They even had eggs, sausage, potato hasbrowns, hot oatmeal already made up (not instant).

We didn't realized that we had rented a suite. It was nice having a separate bedroom. If we were spending more days there the additional room which had a full kitchen would be nice. It was very clean and the y had a really good breakfast. Again, they had a nice hot breakfast with waffles, sausages, egg, yogurt, cereal, etc. The staff was very nice and professional. We would stay there again if in the area.

Nice hotel in a good location near historic Route 66. The rooms were pretty big, beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there was a good, hot breakfast. I definitely would stay there again.

The desk clerk was rude. the location was not good. the room was located next to the stairway and loud. we were in a handicap room and that was not what we asked for. The bathroom did not look very clean. we would not stay there again.
