Location of hotel. Beds were very comfortable!

In exception the man, the girls were amazing. Room is nice and clean. Bed is the best.

We didn’t like the man who works at the hotel yelling at the girls at the front desk. That was scary. We needed to travel again and we preferred stay in somewhere else because of that. He was aggressive with the ladies.

The breakfast was of very poor quality and the breakfast area was filthy with overflowing trash bins with no staff coming in to clean up. By the third morning I had stopped showing up for breakfast. The quality of the food was bad. The floor was dirty and sticky with syrup. This was the case with even the elevator floors. The location was some distance from most conveniences for me. I definitely would not visit again.

In my opinion, this is not a hotel that should be on bookings.com because I do not think it meets even the minimum standard. The room numbers were written with markers on tape stuck on the walls by the doors. The so called ‘renovation’ was incomplete. Their site said it was ‘freshly renovated’. I asked them about this since I also read a review about the noise from the renovation. The officer answered that they were more or less done and that there was no more noise. My son and I discovered that the room was probably not cleaned out when the previous guest left. There were big crumbs on the floor and the sheets were dirty and smelled badly used. Only the towels in the bathroom seemed clean and they had a notice that the rooms would not be cleaned for 3 days in order to help conserve water and save the planet. The toilet was not flushing well and the toilet door did not close properly let alone lock well. Furthermore, I heard one of the janitors for our floor arguing with maybe his supervisor (another staffer in uniform) that he would not change the sheets in the rooms everyday! Knowing that the room was not clean, I could not sleep for the 3 nights I was there. Furthermore, upon arrival, the front desk staff requested for my ID. I gave her my passport and I discovered to my surprise that she was flipping through the pages and studying it page by page. I then asked her what the problem was. The other officer swiftly took over and asked for my address. I told her that it was a booking.com booking and that I didn’t think they needed all that. Nevertheless, I supplied my tel number and zip code and went on to confirm about 3 pages of liability clauses before I made the payment. Long story short, the total experience was bad from the beginning to the end. I could never return to a place like this.

Good proximity to the thruway and surrounding area. Taco Bell and McDonald's out front. AC worked great

spot of smeared blood on wall by door. No hooks or really anywhere to hang towel in bathroom. Coffee machine was out of order in breakfast area! Also, coffee maker in room didn't work either. Trash all over grounds including used dog poop bags. Sink area in bathroom not properly cleaned

The rooms were comfortable and generally clean, despite us not seeming to get room service for the entire duration of our stay. The room had good temperature control. All of the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

While I understand that this location is undergoing construction, I feel that the general property could have been a little more well kept. In addition, our key cards needed to be reset, and another hotel patron mentioned this also.
