Nothing, that's why we want a refund.
The room is filthy and it smelled. There was dirt in the tub, the tv didn't work and my wife insisted we leave. I cannot believe that Booking.Com would even deal with this hotel.

How close it was to where we needed to be.
The place was dirty. The tub dripped constantly. Shampoo & conditioner bottles were growing mold. The tub had dirt residue like someone took a bath after work & was nasty dirty. There was food residue on the night stand(sauce).

Breakfast was simple, bagels, toast, donuts, coffee, juice and cereal. The lobby is deceiving with fireplace, couch, wood highlighted and clean. The rest is a dump. Police going door to door. It looks like a place for a homeless shelter and drug rehab.

Everything, very good 👍 and wonderful 😊 breakfast very clean room wonderful staff close to restaurants, stores 🥰 public transportation, attractions pretty close to downtown.

The simple fact it was a roach in my room I told him about it they did nothing to accommodate me and our refrigerator barely work thank God that is winter time and we were able to put our stuff outside then there was a little situation that I had with the guy at the building and I didn't like the way how he was talking to me in front of my son my two-year-old son at that

It was a good place to spend the night - a bit loud and noisy due to people moving around and running downstairs but all went well.

There was hair in the bed, the towels had make up and more hair on it. The bathroom ceiling was about to fall apart. We were only there for one night on our way to NYC, but I will definitely never stay here again.

The price is great and the rooms are big. The bed is very comfortable.
Needs a little repair/updating. Broken tiles by the sink.

The proximity to a number of stores, restaurants and things to do. The room was situated close to the main lobby and it was peaceful enough.
The room got cleaned before we were ready to check out. Went out to breakfast and we were planning on spending a little more time before checking out, but the cleaning staff was already in the room cleaning. (This may have been our error, as we forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door handle). However, the car was still parked in front of the room indicating that we weren't gone yet. Ended up spending time in the lobby. The men's room in the main part of the hotel was out of order and my friend had to use the ladies room.,

guy at front was nice
beds had stains in sheets and were not laundered because stains were ketchup....cigarette buds in bathroom and my room was supposed to be a non smoking room because my kids have asthma....place reeked of smoke....smoke detector was covered with plastic bag...every surface had dust and there was half used toilet paper role left to use....remote for tv was sticky.....lock to door did not work and i stayed up all night stsring at the door in fear....disgusting room

It's a very old facility. The carpet on the exterior walk on the 2nd floor was bubbled and ripped. And the stairs to the 2nd floor were damgeeousr.

The location seemed safe and check-in was easy. Staff was friendly.
Towels were stained/dirty. There were multiple spiders in the room. It seemed like minimal cleaning was done. Breakfast was below expectations.
