I booked a room there and paid by credit card
A friend later told me they were closed.
I called them and a man answered and said they were closed and they would refund my money, but they charged my card anyway.
I’m now trying to get my money back through the credit card company. Booking . com sold me the room and said they can’t help me???

This hotel close they arrange their sister hotel Rodeway inn and this roadway in is like a jail very poor service and people working are arrogant useless

Location
The rooms smelled, the walls were dirty the toilet had stains on it, all the furniture looked like it was brought at a thrift as is. It was noisy over all I will never go back nor recommend, I am a travel agent and I am embarrassed I stayed.

The room was small the bed was too huge and high and uncomfortable was traveling with a sick husband not a chair to sit on wasn’t worth the money paid for 2 nights only stayed 1 had to take me husband home I had to spend extra monies to get him home to another state

The room size was very small and too expensive too.! I should have gotten a military discount off my room fee? Is there anyway to get a credit back? The price was about $400 for the first night..! 😏🙏🏻

the room was clean but could not sleep from the smell.
the hotel stunk of marijuana. the lobby was like walking into low class motel. and there were prostitues in lobby walking out of hotel as I arrived

Reasonably close to the airport, beds were comfortable. In room coffee pot.
There was no shuttle and no breakfast, although both amenities are listed on multiple sites. Bottled water available in a vending machine only. Linens were clean but stained. Front desk was grumpy. More expensive than shown on sites (not just tax increase)
