It was exceptionally clean and the staff was very very professional. Facility was very clean and well maintained!

The breakfast was more than I expected and my family was very pleased! Location is perfect right in the town of Berlin in the heart of all the shops.

The breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean and exactly as described.
The pool was green and over treated. We left the pool eyes watering and feeling nauseas due to the chemicals. This was a selling point for us to book here and we were extremely disappointed with the pool.

Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good also, scrambled eggs, sausage and sausage biscuits with gravy, waffles, cereals and much more. Will definitely stay again.

The location was very convenient. There was a set of steps leading to the main street from within the hotel. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again when we go back to Amish country.

We had a problem with someone trying to get in our room in the middle of the night and my aunt was terrified. Luckily, we had the extra lock on and they only opened it a few inches. Front desk had given them a key thinking our room was empty. Because of that, our room keys were deactivated. Later that day, after returning from shopping, our keys didn’t work again! Front desk said they had us marked as a “no show” and had to find our reservation and reinstate it.
