booked three rooms. tv didn’t work in one room. toilet didn’t work in second room, all three rooms had burn marks in blankets of “non smoking rooms”, one room smelled like cig smoke and all three rooms had something all over walls next to beds

It was clean.

The fan in the bathroom had a horrible sound. The room was cold (January) there was only a sheet thin blanket and bed spread. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Turned the heat up and the noise would wake you up every time it kicked on. Out side noises and noise from other room would wake you up. The plug for the tub didn't work. There was a coffee pot but no coffee. No one checked to see if we needed towels or wanted the bed sheets changed. Maybe I should have asked.

Didn’t know they even had breakfast didn’t know they had it upstairs. You couldn’t even see the sign we had to go ask where it was.

The Bedding had cigarette holes burn in it. They need to put a a circular shaped rod for the shower. It’s very tiny.

There was free parking, and my room was upstairs on the inside which made me feel a little better about staying with the baby. There was a refrigerator for me to store my milk I pumped for the baby, although I wasn’t expecting them to have repurposed a dresser to house it. The locks, lights, and all the outlets worked so we had the basics (security, electricity, as well as running water). The little attached restaurant was cozy, staff were polite, and the food was good.

Hotel staff was rude. We had trouble finding the hotel that night. I called to ask for assistance and the man who answered was snappy and eventually hung up on me. It was late so I figured I may be tired and being sensitive. Nope! When we arrived, the same man was still snappy and not very welcoming. I’m glad I brought cleaning supplies because upon arrival I was greeted by a dirty sink. There was hair in the bed when I pulled back the covers, and holes in the linen from possibly cigarette burns despite requesting a non smoking room. I understand hotels do their laundry and sheets may move between rooms, but once they have so many holes, one would think they would be thrown away and replaced. The “complimentary” breakfast was fruit, slices of bread in a display, cereal with milk. There was also orange juice, tea/coffee, and water. I guess it’s better than nothing but not by very much. We went to the diner for breakfast. We ended up leaving before our scheduled checkout as I would rather sleep in the car on the way back, than on holey sheets which probably weren’t changed from the previous guest for a second night. I booked last minute and in a hurry. I got what I paid for.

nice area pretty quiet and reasonable in price.

even though it’s the first and second floor, an elevator would’ve been nice to have to be able to get your stuff upstairs without struggling

Location was easy to get to

No King size bedrooms available on 1st floor 😢 I'm handicapped and it wasn't easy staying on the 2nd floor and nothing available on the 2nd floor it was advertised as having breakfast from 6am to 9am and what they had available was expired milk and stale baked goods. Their hours were actually from 7am to 9am. Just everything was odd. Couldn't get housekeeping to come in the room to change the sheets we had to give them the sheet to get a clean sheet. Very odd they said that's how it's done now they can't come in an occupied room I never heard of that before. They when we left early due to travel changes they accused us of taking towels and linen. I've never taken anything from a hotel and certainly not towels or linen.
