Staff were great!
It was shabby and could definitely use an upgrade in all areas.
Door lock on door to get to the stairs was broken.

I had arrived early and was quite generously allowed to check in. YMMV quick and easy process - They even gave me a ground floor room which helped immensely. large room appeared recently remodeled, good bed and plenty of seating.
sorry did not use any motel amenities :IE pool etc.
nit picky --- the parking lot layout made it difficult to park in a spot outside my room due to a narrow area in the parking lot. I had to enter and circle the building to easily park. good location for my in town business.

I liked how convenient it was to get to and how close it was to restaurants and shopping centers
Waited forever for the desk lady to come up to the desk.

The accomodation has greatly improved - freshly painted. Very clean
When calling to request a late check in I spoke to a person that was difficult to understand and did not seem familiar with how to handle my request.

The front desk staff was very personable. There was a mix up in the billing and it was immediately corrected which saved me time disputing any charges. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean facility, friendly staff, and they allow pets ☺️ Excellent service and motel. Very reasonable priced as well

the beds seemed to be broken and both beds had a hole in the middle, and was uncomfortable to sleep in.
