Nice clean room/suite

The bed absolutely sucked!!!!

I had a dog there for two nights but they charged me for a month. Then they would not refund my money even when I called the police on them. The police say they have been out there multiple times for similar situations. Also, there’s a crack house behind the hotel and the whole place smells like weed

The room had a strange smell. The sofa bed mattress was stained with what looked like urine. There were no sheets for the sofa bed.

Clean and good location

Staff were presumptuous and blamed any issues on booking.com as if the facility had no control over the info in the booking site. Also, they kind of stared at us during the breakfast time which made me very uncomfortable.

Facility is clean, and the room comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Will stay here again next time we are in town.

Took a little time for hot water to get started in shower, and the water pressure wasn't great, but more than sufficient for a good shower. Plenty of hot water once it gets started though.

parking was sufficient. close to restaurants, shopping & highway. layout of hotel is large

hotel is on the main road in the city. forget about taking a left onto 174, unless you’re in no hurry. pool looked unkept, but I believe it’s been off limits since Covid.
