Front desk staff was amazing - very helpful. Loved how close we were to restaurants and stores.

This last time i stayed, there were alot of little roaches...last time i stay there

my reservation was not there. the second floor windows did not have screens. the breakfast was terrible. the juice machine did not work. the soda machines did not work. the sauna did not work. the microwave did not work.

I appreciated the manager that was working that compt a room for us because the room we booked on Booking.com wasn't reserved for us(booked a room with 2 queens and we got a king room). She explained usually they change it around in that case, but they were booked solid. She kindly allowed us to use the only other room available at no charge, so we didn't have to change hotels.

Upon her kindness of allowing us to use to adjoining room, I planned to open the connecting doors to allow kids to sleep in one room and us adults in the other. I was able to get 1 door open to find old tshirts or something stuffed between doors and the original room's door wouldn't unlock to the adjoining room. So we weren't able to accomplish that plan, as smoothly as I'd liked. The side door to the hotel wasn't accessible via key at night. It was wide open for anyone to come and go as they pleased. That felt like a safety issue for sure. The original room of ours was wheel chair accessible and the shower had a lip to it, but the shower curtain didn't meet the lip, therefore the showed leaked onto the bathroom floor. And I am sure the lady working that night/the manager was short handed. And there is grace for that. But you could tell she could use more staff to accommodate customer's staying there.
