No shade at the pool

No hot water the pressure of water no good they cleaned the pool knowing that is the best part for kids to have fun but was not open the first day.

Quality of comfort

The front desk person was very nice and friendly. I Love your breakfast choices.

The first room that I was given was not clean, so I had to go back to the desk and get a different one. The swimming pool was a little small, or maybe there was just a lot of people.

Ok on the breakfast needs a little more options.

The breakfast needs improvement. Juices were watered down and the hot breakfast items were cold.

I didn't like that they have to charge your card before you get there then you get there they want to refund it and start the process all over again and charge again now I been charged twice and supposed to get a refund.Makes no sense.

Location great…food good if there was anything left. People took extra plates to their room…not cool.

Cleanliness…there are roaches…bathrooms not very clean.

Nice breakfast. Spacious room. Good parking areas. Nice and helpfull people on the lobby.

We found some little roaches but we understand due to humid weather. Lady working on Breakfast during the week days should improve a bit, the one on weekends perfect.
