The ac made some noises

The breakfast was about the only good thing here!
The beds were hard rooms were not cleaned properly. The heater did not work all though they offered a space heater. There is only one entryway to the hotel. While we were there someone missed the entrance and ended up in a ditch. Very poor lighting to find entranceway. People are noisy and loud stomping all hours of the night. Police were seen 2 times on property while we stayed for our 5 days

Breakfast was very good. The staff worked very hard on accommodating the crowds.
There was a bit of a shortage on blankets. I saw the staff working very hard to keep up. I know it is hard to hire enough staff right now. Maybe bring in some temps to help on weekends.

Location was perfect. AC in the room, just the way we like it, really cold, comfy beds...
Nice pool, perfect in the evening, good lighting. Breakfast was really good!
Our room wasn't ready, had to wait awhile, everything else didn't disappoint.

The breakfast was decent
Room was not what we paid for. Called to confirm prior to arrival a couch would be there and they said it was there. When we arrived it was not there, and then they charged us $30 for a roll away bed. No walking beach and price was high.

Our room was 101. We could hear people running in and down the stairs all night. The ice machine noise was constant.

I enjoyed the staff… all I encountered were fabulous. I also enjoyed that they had more of a REAL breakfast I have seen since the covid scare.

The staff is awesome; especially Holly is so fun and helpful. Really appreciate the heart-felt, positive energy she brings to the place. The hotel is almost 30 years old, and they are working on updates the best they can. We initially had a room without a freezer unit upon check-in, and they immediately moved us to a much nicer room upstairs with a freezer. Such a great customer experience! Thank you again!

we prolonged antithetical night. As a result we came back in the afternoon into an undone room …. no fresh towels, no coffee refill bbb doesn’t feel good for a 180 dollar night
