For the rate, the value of this stay was over the top. A true steal for anyone stopping for the night.

Rude unaccommodating clerk

The room was clearly mildewing and they had a fan on the floor to try and air it out. When we complained they gave us a new room but it was not much better. There was mold in the shower and hairs in the bed

Breakfast was OK. Eggs were watery, gravy way too thin. Waffles were great. Hottub was nice

The elevator was broke. After asking about a discount , I was told I could cancel my stay without a fee?!?!?!? I was here for the biggest weekend - Graduation!!! There would be NO room anywhere!!! I had to carry my luggage by myself up the stairs, was not even offered help!! Wonder what they tell handicap or elderly people. This sure was a disappointing stay. I will not be staying at this hotel again and neither will my people I know...and I know ALOT!!!

clean big comfortable rooms and very comfortable bedding. although I didn’t have time to enjoy the breakfast that came free with the room, it looked delicious with a lot of options!

there was no time for the printers in the work room and when asked there was no back up supply. one of the trains I stayed there was to take advantage of that and that was disappointing.
