Breakfast was pretty bad!

Breakfast was alright but I was a little surprised that there was neither eggs of some sort or bacon offered.

Location right off the highway was perfect for 1 night while traveling. The fee of $20 for my pups was ok. Breakfast was ok. Sausage was cold. Real eggs would have been nice.

The magnetic door on the side of the hall wasn't working. The grass was 3 feet high and there really wasn't a place to walk my pups. Other than in that or the parking lot. There were people cooking with a charcoal grill in the parking lot. That was a little low class, made me wonder what kind if a hotel we were staying at. Was it secure. There seemed to be a lot of locals in the pool with kids although the front desk told me they charge a $100 deposit for locals but if they get their money back then I guess there's no reason for them not to go and enjoy the pool. If it were just a charge of $100 I bet the riftraff would stop. We couldn't even get in the pool with so much going on. Overall for 1 night it was ok. The price was good. And having my pups with me is always a plus.

Considering changes from Sleep Inn to Wingate, the Staff was excellent!! Hoping for a discounted offer to stay once the change from Sleep Inn Wingate At Wyndom is complete : )

Housekeeping - was short staffed - cleaning could have been a bit better - but again, being short staffed, they did what they could.

Gave us a dirty smoking room when booking.com sold us a non-smoking room.

Good location. Fair breakfast. Faciity needed repairs.

Facility needed repairs which interfered with my comfort.

the ladies at the front desk were the best. Even though we didn’t stay due to a power outage the staff was SO friendly and accommodating

The room was very DIRTY. We arrived so late we didn’t turn many lights on upon arrival because the kiddos were sleeping. in the morning we saw everything and were really disturbed that we slept there.

Everything was very Dirty. The Staff stated they do not have enough people to clean the hotel. Changed room 3 times, did not matter every room was dirty.

There is NO WAY our room had a finished cleaning. toilet dirty, something in the sheets, trash on the bathroom floor, no facial tissue in the dispenser, tub dirty and mold growing.

Beautiful area. Great breakfast. Staff was wonderful.

The other reviews are correct. Black mold in the bathroom and on the reeking, musty shower curtain. Melted soap on bathtub. Dirty microwave. Food in the freezer. Floors not vacuumed. AC not working.

The breakfast was the best thing about the stay - nice selection of fruit, biscuits and gravy, sausage, yogurt, pastries and make your own waffles. The room size was nice - 2 beds and a couch. The pool was nice but could have been a little warmer - the water was quite chilly!

The room was disgusting - smelled like cat. We later found an old cat carrier in the closet (Gross). There was crud on the walls and dirty bedspread. Only one working light in bathroom and the ceiling fan (that was hanging down) made a horrible squealing sound when you turned on the light. The air conditioner didn't work properly and we found garbage behind the fridge when we went to plug it in.

We loved the hot breakfast, the indoor pool it was clean and a very great stay!! A big shout out to Linda, our 4 year old just fell in love with her every time we would go through the lobby she would always look for her she is definitely amazing and just a all around amazing woman!!
