Room was nice but it wasn’t the room I wanted

room was very spacious. and clean.

literally surrounded by all these other hotels. while there was plenty of parking, the parking lot was awkward and cramped.

Check-in was very smooth and easy. Covenant to shopping, and university. Clean and comfortable. Great value for the stay. We have stayed multiple times. Usually calm and quiet.

This stay was not very pleasant. Upon check-in, I had to pay a cash security deposit even though my card was on file. The first night there were cops that swarmed the hotel. The second night kids were running ramped up and down the corridors on skateboards and knocking on the doors. This was after 11 pm and lasted until 1 am. Upon checking out I was told that I would receive my deposit back to my card on file to which I explained that I paid cash and would like it returned not in 7 business days but immediately. I did receive my deposit back. I have been staying here for almost three years at least 2 or 3 times a year. I had just a bad experience this time.

As always great customer service. Kathy was very respectful friendly and caring young lady who made my accommodations so easy. I am forever grateful for the entire staff who makes my life so enjoyable and the laughter as well as the conversations.

first room had pet fur everywhere!! it wasn’t just like a hair here or there it was almost as if a dog was living in the hotel room for months with no housekeeping being done.

Location is close to my doctor, and it is clean with refrigerator and micro . After Dr visit I'm exhausted, so I like to stay in. Freezer worked this time, but didn't previously. They listen .

I have a special diet without soy, so i cant eat what's offered. It has noise, but that is ok for me.

A standard budget priced hotel. If you're room is not next to any maniacs or drug addicts you can have a good nights sleep.

The handicap room was nice and clean and comfortable.

A little noisy; but they did provide ear plugs. That’s a new one on me!
