This hotel has a welcoming lobby, comfortable beds, and a well-functioning cooling system. It's also right on a Mill Creek hiking path, so exercising is easy.
After one morning of coffee, I walked over to the local espresso shop, but that's a matter of taste (and the need for non-dairy choices).

The front desk lady who welcomed us was really sweet.
To be honest … We checked in, went to our room and checked back out and went to another hotel. I could literally taste the strong disgusting smell. It got worse when we went to our room .. I washed my clothes after going in there. There was only one staff member who did literally everything AND the pool was green and dirty. Would not return and not recommend. Worst 100$ I have ever spent

The outside was unkept, weeds, brown grass very unclean. Pool was not working!
The breakfast was sparse, hallways and the elevator dirty! The furniture in the room was dirty with numerous spots.

My check in was easy and staff was very nice.
My room wasn’t that clean at all in fact I had to have the night auditor get me fresh sheets and linens because they’re was dirty sheets and hair in the bed and the floors hadn’t been vacuumed at all. It was like the room had been used for a short period and jst thrown together for the next guest.

The location was fine and the room was quiet.
We had to change rooms 3x. The toilet ran constantly in the first room and the TV controller didn’t work in the second room. The third room was fine.

The front door was broke the remote control didn’t work for the TV there was some type of brown stains on the comforter it has a mold smell the other guests were very very loud all night long in my room I can hear the icemaker dispensing ice and making ice all night long

Very poor selection, seemed that many items were missing and the few remained looked old.
The breakfast, the cable was not working, and when I asked for a billing statement I was informed that it was emailed to me at check in, but I can't find it in my inbox or junk mail.

The employee running the service, was available for questions and to replenish the breakfast.
It was ok, out of orange juice in within the hour on day one. The 2nd day, I had to ask for juice. The person at the front desk was in training and never told us that we need something to hang on the door if we wanted our room clean. I only knew this when someone else in my party was told that.
