The room was ready for check in when we arrived. It was clean. The tv wasn’t working but the staff fixed that within minutes. The beds were comfy.

The credit card machine wasn’t working and the front desk employee said that they had to run the card from the manager home computer. This made me very nervous. And I said so. She seemed to get annoyed with that saying that they are an established company. I allowed the charge but still hope I don’t have problems down the road.

Room was large, clean, mostly updated and easy access. The staff were, pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed having access to Disney Plus. Overall a good value.

Our first room smelled of cigarettes. We were quickly relocated to another. However, the outside designated smoking area, which is located right next to the main entrance was just below our window. The smell kept coming in our room. When I complained, it was explained that nothing could be done. If your hotel is non smoking as I was told, perhaps you need to work on some changes.

The bedspread in our room was dirty. The heater/ AC needed cleaning. The vent in the bathroom needs cleaning. There may have been black mold on the ceiling above the shower

Breakfast was a bag lunch style. Not what I would have selected, but thankful for the effort

Maintenance needed

staff very helpful and pleasant was greeted with a smile

the parking lot was not deiced thick ice over shade it hard to get to the entrance to the building hard

the staff was great.
