Fire alarm went off when we tried to turn the heat on in the room because it was so cold. Plus the hot tub broke down, the button got stuck and we had to call the fron office and manually unplug it. When you pay to stay in the top room they have you expect top comfort but we had problems with basic things.

I hate to admit this but as soon as we laid on pull out bed, I felt itchy and concerned about bed bugs. I was too exhausted and didn't want to freak out my family so didn't say anything

They ran out of bar soap. It would of been nice if they found a replacement instead of “sorry - supply issues”. Our room had not been restocked of supplies, shampoo, coffee, etc….

The breakfast and location both were good. Our shower head was dirty,and the air o conditioner slats had mold in them. There was a horrible loud sound about the time we went to sleep each night. Other patrons complained to us of the noise as well. We thought it was either the laundry dryers or the pool filter. It kept going on and off in about 5 minute intervals. We had to run the fan all night and day to cover the noise

The room was nice and staff was helpful. There are a lot of amenities. Pool, gym, game room, laundry room.

Elevator was broken, and I have a 1 year old and a 2 month old with all of our luggage to go to the 3rd floor. The price was equivalent to the khalahari for a smaller room and lower quality amenities, food, and service.

Location was idea.

breakfast looked like a good assortment of food, loved the coffee. rooms were large and could control the temp to make it very comfortable

No working elevator. Family members locked in 2 rooms for early arrival which was not honored and they could not get ready for family get together which started at 3 pm in another town.

Did not eat breakfast at hotel.

We had requested an early checkin. I received an email that the hotel could honor my request. However, when we tried to check in at 2 we were told the rooms were still dirty and they were not checking people in until 3. He was going to check with house keeping to see. When he returned he never said a word to us as to what he found out. We sat in the lobby for a full hour waiting. We knew where our rooms were going to be and my daughter kept checking the floor to see if housekeeping was cleaning our rooms. Doors were always closed. When I checked again after someone else was given their room. Miraculously our rooms were ready. So much for early check in and we knew they were ready.

this room was disgustingly dirty. bed was covered in hair. bath tub had hair and soap marks from previous guest. toilet had hair on it . horrible value. tried to talk to front desk in the morning but nobody was there. will not be back. will pay the extra money to stay in Green Lake or travel to Oshkosh or Fon du Lac. disgusting!

Very clean. Room and pool great!
