The ability to have our pets in the room was great.

Our second room that we booked the AC was broken and the hotel was booked up so we had no other choice.

The king room that we had was totally functional for a one night stay like ours. Everything was up-to-date with convenient plug ins and USB ports. The shower was great with good stream and accessibility. The room was by no means luxurious but was quiet even with hardwood floors. Coffee maker worked fine, as did the mini fridge.

Didn't like the placement of the TV with relation to the bed or any other seating that would allow you to watch TV except on an angle. A bit hard to get to if you are looking for lodging close to I80

The location of the property was good.

Seemed like everything was messed up. The curtains were broken and I asked if there was a way to get it fixed (for privacy) and nothing was offered but a remote? One of the elevators didn’t work and during check out another customer came up and said their air didn’t work all night and they were just given a “sorry”. One of the men workers (must be some kind of manager) was no help at all when asked a question about charges and accounts and said “we have no control of that but I’ll go get someone else”. When his manager came back she fixed our problem within 2 minutes so I felt like he didn’t want to help and everything seemed like a joke to him.

Air conditioning could not be regulated by the thermostat and no one could get it fixed. Electronic door lock kept us out for two joes and no one at the fro t desk could assist us and had to get someone to come in.

Great staff, clean facility.

A/C unit would not respond to thermostat. Room was 55* and fan would not shut off. Heater did not work. Breakfast was terrible! Cheap food. Instant eggs, still frozen hash browns , thinnest bacon I've ever seen. We had to go out for breakfast. Not a $330/night hotel.

Nice and clean

The price was ridiculously high for the location and we didn't like the fact that the floors were hard and the bathtub had no grab handles. I was traveling with my 90 year old father and it was unsafe for him.

Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was not very good first day. The egg and cheese omelette was hard as a rock. The bathroom sink would either run just hot water or just cold water. Strange.

The hotel has a great front desk area. Upon coming to our room, I pulled the blankets back as I always do. There was a dead bug on the sheets. I called down to have a worker bring clean sheets up. She commented they were too busy. So I went down to get them. I tried to put the sheets on, they were the wrong size. I called back down and someone brought clean sheets in the correct size. Our AC is only blew like a fan, it isn’t cool at all.

The rooms are a nice size.

Because there’s no carpet the room echoes and the floors were very sticky, their staff didn’t show up any morning for breakfast so we ended up having to go out and pay for breakfast at a restaurant. There is absolutely no soundproof of the rooms at all! We heard both our neighbors and those above us all night which was very loud. The door had so much light coming under it, I had to get a towel and lay in front of the door the second night.

Clean.

Uncomfortable seating. Cannot control temperature on unit nor wall. Breakfast utensils and coffee cups were out. Beds uncomfortable. No place to hang clothes.

there was a huge moth in our hotel room… we killed it. the shower was not bueno.

Room was nice size. Television worked well. Bed was comfortable.

Checking in on the weekend was verbally told breakfast 6 to nine. On the key was written 6 to 9. Got up for 6 o’clock breakfast and was told weekends was 7. Couldn’t wait an hour, so headed out.
