Property is luxurious.

Unfortunately part of the staff wasn’t friendly.

Clean, rooms were nicely appointed, functional and comfortable.

Only one bank of elevators. There needs to be another set on the other side of the hotel. As someone with breathing issues, the walk to and from our room (337) to the elevator was very debilitating. You also need more luggage carts for a hotel of this size. Two is not sufficient. Finally, your breakfast was terrible! The sausage was barely edible and slightly warm. The eggs were disgusting. Dry, tasteless, like cardboard. Worst we’ve ever had. Overall selection was sad.

Just the location

Fridge hardly worked, needed de-icing and door didn’t shut tightly. Air conditioner didn’t work well, air filter needed changing. Door didn’t latch without pushing it manually. Breakfast was pretty substandard compared to other hotels in our trip. Whole hotel was dumpy and needs a facelift. Elevator was always a surprise whether or not it went to the desired floor. All these items were communicated to the front desk.

Everything was good and just how they described the room.

The pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable.

The rooms where comfortable and clean

The location was central to eating and shopping. We were there for a family visit and really just used the room for sleeping

I did not like that the back door remained unlocked our whole stay, even at night-pretty sketchy. Not sure why, but very unsafe. Coffee pot was teeny tiny also

Beautiful decor - love the western theme!!! Rooms were amazing!

Hate the fact the dark, black out curtains can't be closed! Not everyone wants to be up at sunup. Also, the this white curtain seem a bit "see through"??

Was very good but had trouble finding out where the spot was.
