The bathroom door couldn't be opened all the way as it scraped on the floor. Our room was right by the elevators and it was very loud when they were used. Also, the pool was closed.

For the most part (see below) the rooms worked out okay. Breakfast was good.
Hotel has a plumbing problem so we had to change rooms. This is an older Hampton Inn with flooring that bounced when you stepped on it, resulting in extra noise. There was also a bit more noise coming from the neighboring rooms/hallway. Other than the plumbing problem, the hotel was as good as I would expect in an energy town with an overheated economy.

Main light in bathroom burned out. Tissue box was empty. Only decaf for coffee. One little chip for soap. Definitely a low-end hotel.

Cleanleness. Hall way to room and room, the floors looked like they had not been vacumed for two weeks.

Fourth floor was pet-free and quiet. Parking was good. View from our room was an open field and calming. Refrigerator was clean and working well.
Hairs in bathroom from precious occupants, had to use magic eraser to clean bathtub (too grungy for a soaking bath), used disinfecting wipes on tile floors (filthy), had to rinse air filters on AC unit (months, if not longer built up on them), carpets were very dirty, used coffee grounds in coffee pot, loose dirt in drawers …

The room had several issues. The curtain was unattached at one corner so impossible to shut out the parking lot light.
the bedside table top drawer would not stay shut.
when we arrived the check in clerk was on her phone for a minute before she looked up or said can I help you.
there were only paper cups in the room no plastic. when I asked at the desk if the breakfast room had plastic the clerk said no, but the next morning there they were by the juice dispenser.

We booked saying we had 4 children & got a small room with 2 queen beds. They wouldn’t upgrade & brought in a cot. Could hardly move in the room. probably won’t be using Booking.com. We will book directly with the hotel.
