Nothing about this place and will never come here again I don’t recommend this place to anyone

The whole place

The check in staff was okay but the room was horrible infestation of roaches, my son woke up to them on his body. One thing to have them in the room but a terrifying way to wake up. Hot water is a hit and miss. Premium rooms come with premium roaches guys…..

Nothing only if the inside was clean for the price and for it to look like that they need to lower the rate

The in side sooo small the way the beds was in the room and the carpet was dirty

I've stayed in 3 in town suites all of them has roaches and the one on south park drive has very rude imployee's me and my family have a service dog,one the first 2 in town suites the service dog was not a problem when I checked in at the it was fine then when the manager came she was racist kicked us out without any money back because of the service dog

Nothing they don't clean rooms like the policy says and roaches will be in the bed with you

The location

Everything else! The room was dirty the shower was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff was never in the office and I got locked out on a hot day and could not reach anyone for a hour. Will never stay again!
