Didn't have a vanity light or mirror! Hair dryer didn't work. Upstairs room was very hot and took hours to cool down.

I got a phone call 8 hours before my arrival time stating that they were closed for renovation and I had to make other arrangements

They canceled our reservation the day of our stay making us have to stay elsewhere that was not up to our usual standards

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and ready to help.

It is pretty dated, but met our expectations.

We arrived at the hotel 1 hour before the scheduled check-in time. The hotel was not busy, only a few customers. It was very hot and we drove to the hotel for 8 hours, we were tired. We are pensioners, very elderly people. We asked if there were rooms ready to move in and we were offered to pay an extra 30 for that extra hour. There were rooms ready for occupancy. We believe that this is not humane and not right. Asking 30 for it. We do not recommend this hotel. In addition, all the lighting did not work there and it was not very clean. Sincerely, Marina

pet friendly hotel. pet fee is minimal compared to others. but hope pet fee is not per day but per stay.

pet fee is not per stay but per day. I hope there is no pet fee since they stay with you anyway. needs hotel enhancements.
