Location location location!!!

The staff were friendly and the rooms were simple, but clean. The wall art in the room behind the beds was also pretty cool.

When we reserved the room online, the hotel information (on their website) said that the cost included continental breakfast. Unfortunately, that was not the case and they do not serve breakfast at all on site. That was a bummer. Second, we specifically requested a handicapped accessible room (larger bathroom and wider door ways to accommodate a wheelchair) because my father is healing from recent back and ankle surgery. After booking online we received a response from the hotel (appearing to be written by a person) saying they’d be happy to accommodate our request. Unfortunately, however, when we arrived, they said that they didn’t have any handicapped accessible rooms at all on the property. We were very tired from a long day of traveling and my father needed to rest so we reluctantly accepted the room. Thankfully he had his walker with him, so he was able to make it into the bathroom by himself, but it did add extra stress for us because we were worried about him potentially falling. Ignoring those two factors - no handicap room or on site breakfast, our time there was nice and we’ll likely stay there again when we come back into town (once my father is fully recovered from his surgeries and no longer needs his wheelchair to get around safely.) Until that time, we’ll need to stay somewhere else that can accommodate his needs better.

There is written that breakfast is included in the price, but during check-in, I was told that breakfast would not be provided. The staff was not friendly. I do not recommend this hotel. Stay away from it.

- advertised breakfast but none - telephone didn’t work - Office closed after 8pm-8am except for window slot. Never got a receipt. Didn’t understand English at checkout I think ..

The location, close to the road for our Florida tour.

The staff was very rude. Although our breakfast was included, they did not serve it, using Covid as an excuse, but in summer 2022!

We had a great stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Heck in and out was very easy. We will be back.

The breakfast as promoted did not happen. The person at the desk tried to blame having no breakfast on Wyndham company policy, which was not true. Other Wyndham locations visited on this same trip all had breakfast as promised. Since my plans changed after I reserved the room, I had a roommate and needed two beds. The upgrade was over $50 more, which even in 2022 seemed a little excessive. We did get the two-bed room, however.

Didn't particularly like having to mop up a recurring puddle of water apparently coming from the refrigerator.

very poor maintenance and not a good place for families to stay. They charded more extra $30 from the actual booking amount and very bad service.

Poor in cleanliness and water get stagnating in the tub and no phone is functioning.While booking said Breakfast availableand chanrged and no breakfast available. Says some maintenance problem message board for Breakfast in the morning.
