Just the location

The room smell, the stove was not working completed, only one grill was working, the kitchen bell was a lot noisy, the smoke detector was doing continuos beep, there were bugs and cucarachas, the staff must to clean at least 3 times because I was there 12 days and only ime they go inside and just take the trash out,. the main door was kept open with botles or other stuff.. I was not feeling secure, the bathroom door was broken and no one was showed to fix it, the lamp above the dinner table was not working and we were missing a couple of towels and no one bring it. I call and report all of this and the man on the phone do nothing, plus i was trying to change the schedule ad the phone number loaded at page was not working i call bookings customer service and they were unable to handle the schedule change either. I am realy dissapointed!

THEY CANCELLED ON ME AT THE LAST MINUTE SO I NEVER GOT TO STAY!!!!! LEFT ME WITH NOWHERE TO GO, AND I'M FROM OUT OF TOWN!!!

It's infested .. and not clean at all I'm on a 13wk contract. And I don't think I'll be staying that long.

There’s not one thing I can say nice about this place and if you read on I will tell you why

The so-called floating general manager named Jay was very rude.. first reservation was made for March 26 two days before my husband was supposed to check in they texted that his reservation was canceled due to a customer wanting to extend their stay. So stayed in a hotel which cost double the price made a new reservation for April 4 for 35 nights. My husband showed up today at the check-in time they told him that they don’t have anything for him he showed them his confirmation. The man said yes I see your confirmation but we don’t have anything available, so another words sorry for your luck oh by the way we didn’t text you or email you that you don’t have a room. I spoke to the man myself my husband was traveling for work, and when he called me and told me the situation that’s why I called to find out what was going on. My husband had to go back to a hotel I don’t think they need to be on this website when you make the reservation online you expect that when you have a confirmation that you are going to be able to have this place. Obviously that’s not how it works with them. I tried to ask him about that and he was rude and just told me to call the corporate office but he doesn’t have a phone number for him to look it up on the website.
