The location was great and so was the security!

Gail and other staff were very friendly. They decorated the room and helped me surprise my husband for his birthday! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The king bed was great. The bathroom is tiny with little space to dress, but it is helpful to separate from sink/mirror. Kick-back is a great idea! The Assistant Manager during our stay was friendly, helpful, and took care in the property.

1. When booking, I thought it was the Drury that was directly across from The Arch-better description of which Drury property would be helpful. (Didn't realize so many in the downtown area) 2. Used Booking.com and didn't realize we couldn't use Drury member points. Perhaps clarifying that or giving partial points for third-party booking. 3. Please clarify if there is no maid service, or offer at 3+ nights stay. We stayed 4 nights at a high premium and trash adds up fast. Towels and TP are needed. 4. When booking online, I didn't realize parking was not included. Please clarify or build into cost. (4 nights added $18 per day that we were't expecting)

Grey up front at check in made it so easy. He was so friendly even though he was the only working that evening. I LOVED the breakfast and kickback in the evenings. I had never had anything like that at other places.

Our sink took FOREVER to drain... The weird little window looking into the indoor pool area I didn't care for to much. But nothing really terrible. We really enjoyed ourselves
