Clean was nice in a good area
Booked a queen room it said was queen and was diffantly a full could not even put 2 pillows side by side on the bed so check your rooms first

The welcoming presence and clean room
I didn't like the toilet in the room I was staying in. I was in room 1008 and when you flush the toilet, the water in the refill tube keeps flowing. Then when I used the bathroom again there was no water filling up in the back of the toilet so I couldn't flush. I'm not sure what went wrong but that was my only complaint.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous room, no complaints.
Slightly more of a drive than I would have liked, but that’s not the hotel’s fault at all. I decided to stay there.

Dirty, had hair in the bathroom, dirty bed sheets, dirty carpet, and broken fridge.

25 min from Chicago international airport, Lisle is the best place to stay if you have business meetings in the area and same time you want to go and visit Chicago downtown. 10-15 min driving there is Naperville, nice old town with good typical restaurants. If you like crab cakes this is the right place!
If you want to have some entertainment and not just business facilities it is a bit out of the life!

Every staff member was super friendly, from front desk to breakfast room, to bartender, to housekeeper, and especially Gee, who always seemed to be around the lobby, willing to help, share a laugh and give advise.
Some areas of the hotel could use a refresh, but overall everything was super

2 things i did not like... 1. bed needed a new mattress so uncomfortable sleep. 2. noise from highway was very disturbing.

The room are very old and need major upgrades! - bathroom, broken lamp shade etc. just a old property.

I was not aware of the hot tub nor working, no fridge in the room complained bout us one the next day that didn't work and the shower head was not working.

The interior of the lobby is nice. The rooms layout is nice and spacious.
There was not a microwave in the room. However, there was one in the lobby.

Very clean, the staff was great, and the room was beautiful.
The shower water took forever to get hot, so I ended up just washing with a wash rag in the tub.

beds and pillows not comfortable, the room wasn’t super clean, the whole floor we were on smelled musty. we had no sheets for the pull out cough, had to be evacuated but was given no reason, super small beds
