Great location

The bed and pillows in the room we stayed in were flat. Never had pillows that bad. Even though the hotel was not busy, we were placed at the end of a long hallway.

The pool and jacuzzi were out of order

Decent location

The maintenance man tried to fight me and my girlfriend , the night shift worker was partying and running down the hallways

Close to our destination. Good price, safe neighborhood.

The bed was super hard! Very uncomfortable. I had to be up at 4:30 am for a job, and there was no fresh coffee. I came back at 10 am and the coffee was still cold. Don't think I will stay again.

Assistant manager very un professional, rude and should not be in this role. The girl working the counter should have gotten that role. She was very kind and did not hesitate to help even after she was told not to.

It was modern. The breakfast was good

The staff were very unattractive. Asks them for something or any information was like we were bothering them. And the hot tub was not even warm.

Location to an event we attended

We were unable to use the sofa bed due to the horrible condition the mattress was in. So many stains and black marks. Had to have someone sleep on the floor because of the sofa bed being disgusting.

For the price that I was charged for one night, this hotel was seriously disappointing. The carpets are old and even feel dirty. There was a stain on one of the sheet beds. Someone else's food was in the fridge. The beds are lumpy bc of the cheap mattress topper, and the sheets are very rough/itchy. The hot tub was out of order, and breakfast was mediocre. If they had charged a reasonable rate for this hotel, this review would be completely different. But $330 for one night in something that is comparable to a Days Inn, that's just ridiculous.

The hotel looked dingy, the elevator didn't work (and for my mom who has trouble walking was struggling and tripping the whole time), the ac didn't work in our room, the beds were uncomfortable, the room was dated.

Rooms was very clean and comfortable. Great location and reasonable price and the in room hot tub was great!

The only thing that might have been nicer, is if they upgraded the size of the TV. It seemed small for the size of the room.

I’m still waiting for my money to be “release”. Instead of 1009 dollars I got charged almost 2500. Up to this day I still need to receive back 717 EURO. This hotel policy regarding how they manage money is unbelievable. No one told me in advance this would happen, and it has been definitely a first in my life although I traveled all my life. I asked to clean my room just once in 10 days and they didn’t even make the bed or clean the sink (they just changed my towels). UNBELIEVABLE. Breakfast lacks of any kind of vegetables or healthy food. The jacuzzi was closed and it was not mention in their website. The room without ac smelled of farm. It requires a deep cleaning of the carpet. Fridge froze all my stuff.

The air conditioning unit in my room was loud and really didn’t feel up to switching rooms. One night it wasn’t too bad.

No pool. The toilet was not clean nor was the sink and there were bed bug blood spots on my daughter bed that we found the next morning

The hallway was dirty, the carpet was filthy and covered in stains. My key card NEVWR worked even when it wasn’t by metal or my credit/debit cards. The headboards on the beds were worn out with paint coming off and the toilet had residue on the toilet bowel. It looked unkept in dirty. The pictures online did not match the pics in real life. The dirtiness of the hallway and room made it uneasy to sleep.

The complimentary breakfast was good. Had all the usual items.
