the knocking sound that came from below. It sounds like a boiler room and it’s a loud knocking sound that literally is shaking the room.

The staff were top notch and the mattress/pillows were top notch

It was a suite but not as big or as nice as some I have stayed in. After replacing the batteries the smoke alarm still chirped and dripping water in the kitchen sink and shower

No dishes or silverware, no charging plugs for cell phones, no way to call the front desk

Suite with two bedrooms was great. Proximity to the event we were attending was excellent.

The check in was absolutely miserable and comical. Every customer had issue which included us. We booked this room on March 7th 2023 through Booking.com but was told it was not paid for on their screen. I stated it had been paid for and her reply was "the computer would tell me if that was true". In order to keep our room and not have to travel an hour away from our ceremony, we paid the second time. Also, upon waking up the next morning, my daughter had been bitten by bed bugs and we have the pictures to prove they were in the room!

The bed was comfortable. Angie at the front desk was very apologetic and kind.

We couldn’t check in until 730pm because they didn’t have a room cleaned yet for us. The pool and hot tub were closed. No working ice machines. All of the lamps in our room were missing light bulbs. The automatic doors to the entrance closed on my husbands hand and the worker at the desk at that time wasn’t very nice about it.

pool and hot tub was broke with no notice. We booked it on the 13th but according to the paper taped to the front desk when been broke since the 10th and we didn’t check in till the 16th! The lack of staff at the hotel is unacceptable. Bathroom sink was cracked, we found a door dash order up in the kitchen cabinet, the glasses in the cabinet were dirty like they were just put away without being washed, the shower head was clogged. I made the front desk away of that early Friday morning and was told it would be passed along to housekeeping…housekeeping NEVER foot in our room the entire time we were there we had to keep asking for small garbage bags for garbage cans…we took our own garbage out daily … had to ask for towels and washrags daily because of that. The kitchen staff was VERY RUDE & IGNORANT!! We were not aware of the policy that shoes were a must to get breakfast (we had socks and slipper socks on) but was YELLED at about it instead of politely told about the rules and wasn’t given a chance to respond quick enough and was asked “DID YOU HEAR ME?” I was stuck back in the corner and couldn’t get out of there to rectify “the problem” quick enough to her liking. I am a 55 yr old Gramma and definately didn’t appreciate her embarrassing myself and my grandkids like that.

My 9 year old son cut his big toe open on the raggedy pull out bedZ Staff wasn’t accurate on information. Keys weren’t working most of the time on the outside doors. There were no clean towels available. The door to my room was broke.

The day we stayed the hallway leading to our room stunk like pot smoke really bad and it was lingering into our room.

It was pretty clean and easy getting there and even getting my room was fast checking in.

The two different desk clerks were different to say the least not quite rude but almost. I woke up to feathers all over me because one of the pillows was leaking and I toss and turn in my sleep. My friends had to move rooms because the ceiling leaked, they got a room with 1 less bed and were not compensated as of yet.

Loved how friendly and kind the staff were How nice big the suites were accommodating 5 of us very well 2 adults 3 kids. Room was pretty clean could of used a vacuum and window ledge cleaning but over all decently cleaned.

There was no meat on the breakfast buffet.. the soda fountain didn't work.. And in our room the shower head was one the worst I'd ever used

the tvs in the rooms need updated really bad. i brought my xbox and the tv is so old that it doesnt support video input higher than 720 so i couldnt even play on my downtime.

My room wasnt all the way clean, mirrors were dirty, and some of the towels were stained.
