Didnt have the room i booked . Pool was closed for the 4th of july for mainteins. Toliet seat was loose moving all over the place. People next to me had dogs which were loud

Pool wasn’t working , bathrooms too small, cracked wallpaper, flat pillows, dirt in room, lack of linen service, parking, hidden $100.00 room deposit at check in when room was paid for in advance.

Where do I start? Booked a king room and when I checked in I was told they were out of king rooms and only had 2 queens. And there was nothing they could do. Elevator got stuck in the evening. Only ice machine that worked was in the lobby and we were on the 7th floor. The next morning there was ZERO hot water to take showers!! All in all was a terrible experience!!

The pillows were nice.

The original room that we had was not clean when we arrived. There was crumbs in the bed, the tvs did not work, and there was makeup smeared all in the bathroom. There was also an unsafe smell coming from them redoing the pool.

The pool water was dirty. We all got an infection after being in it for just 1 evening and ended up at the Dr for antibiotics.

Didn’t eat there. A continental breakfast should have been included, at those prices.

Coffee in room was decaf only. What use is that?
