It was generally clean. I like the price!
The facility needs attention. The décor is decades old and dated. Wall patches had not be painted. The TV didn't work either. (True, I didn't call anyone down. I just needed a place to sleep for the night.)
2.0 / 5.0
There was no breakfast. The place was really pretty rough. Floor coming up in the hallway, very shoddy work on the room walls. Old and worn out. Having said that, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Since I was only there to sleep, I was able to deal with the rest. I was pretty chagrined that on top of the money I paid for the room they also wanted a 100 dollar deposit.

It was dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. TV didn’t work and staff had no solution.

The staff members, the creepy looking hallways , the hair on the bed the lights barley worked it smelled horrible I almost threw up and when I wanted a refund they refused so I just walked out also I had my 5 yr old daughter with me they should tear down that building it shouldn't be open as a hotel

The quietness the access to the room for my disability. The politeness of the general manager
The plastic on the beds.

It was a horrible place, when I talked to the manager about it, he was rude and even keep my deposit and I wasn't even there for 5min

outside was terrible- people loitering -run down camp trailer in the parking lot - dumpsters conex - no parking - window screens torn siding busted - it’s no wonder they took a night shot of the photo - not at all what was advertised- it looked more like low income housing
everything

The price point was great and the staff was friendly and engaging. Having been in a comparable service field I can appreciate the level of service. For the age of the facility, value to customer, and location they do a great job.
Top notch people watching! If you're an introvert that loves to see people doing curious things this is a 24hr treasure trove.
I just have a couple of nit-picky things.
It is a wooden structure and pretty noisy at night when guests are moving about.
It is not a great spot to park a nice vehicle. Do not leave valuables visible in your vehicle.
The exterior door locks are broken so that anyone can walk into the building.
Guests are constantly on the move. The foot traffic is 24hrs/day.

The staff would really friendly and made sure to take care of everything. I forgot an item and they held it until I was able to pick it up in a over a week.
The facilities could been cleaner. The outside smelled a little funny but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Bed was very comfortable
TV remote was a little bit confusing
2.5 / 5.0
Staff was very nice! Very friendly, full of smiles and welcoming. Very helpful as well. Easy access location. Right next to a Dennys that seemed to be open 24 hours.
The beds were hard as a rock. I haul commercially and usually sleep in the sleeper of my truck. My truck is more comfortable than the beds. The room I stayed in needed some repairs for cosmetic appeal. (Trim missing, the shower faucet sprayed everywhere and needed to be sealed)

nothing
That they won’t return money for a mistake that wasn’t even my fault
