great location near the harbor

The room, even though somewhat older, was spotless. I was surprised at how clean it was. It gave me great confidence that the owner goes to great lengths to ensure the health and safety of their guests. The owner (whom I assumed was the man who checked us in) was also very nice. The property is within short walking distance to downtown and the ferry. Great location!

I would have liked to know that I could have left my car on property for a small fee for the day after checking out and taking the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. This hotel was within short walking distance from the Ferry. I had already pre-paid for parking at the ferry terminal. I could have saved money by leaving my car at the hotel.

Great location near the harbor, walkable to everything you want to see and do in Hyannis.

Squeaky floors above us, but it’s an old hotel and that’s how they built them then. It’s all about location to the ferry here.

Very clean, and always able to find the person in charge.

My room was very clean and comfortable. Better than expected. I did not need the kitchenette space, but it's a nice amenity to have if you're going to cook in the room.

Wish breakfast was still an option. I understand it's not available due to COVID.

Great location! Walking distance to everything, great view too. Raj was very friendly and personable. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was very big & spacious! We traveled with our 7 month old daughter so it was a big bonus to have a kitchen area for all her food! The location was perfect! Close to the ferry which was great since we did visit Marthas Vineyard. The staff was super friendly at check in. We will definitely be back!

The room furnishings and linen were old and looked dirty. The bath room fixtures and floor looked worn. There was no house keeping during the stay.

Located directly across the street from Hyannis Harbor. Views are excellent. Within easy walking distance of boating and restaurants and Main Street shops. 5 minute drive to several beaches. Staff were extra friendly and helpful in every way possible. Could not have asked for more. We will be back.

Location is great and manager is very friendly. Kitchenette is useful for slightly longer stays. Very clean room.

Stoves were unfortunately turned off for safety (we knew about this in advance).

The King size room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Right across the street from Hyannis Harbor and within walking distance of several restaurants.

My wife thought the King size Mattress was too hard.......

Room was spacious, temperature was very comfortable, room was clean and the building was quiet and relaxing overall. Location perfect for us, close to beaches AND to restaurants

Friendly owner. Everything was very clean. Nice suite, had Everything you need for a great stay. Located right across the docks. Great Restaurants in the area. Short walk from Main st. Overall an excellent experience!
