The location was perfect. Our room with the balcony and stained glass window was wonderful. The tea making facilities were just what we needed and the champagne on arrival was the icing on the cake, especially as it was our wedding anniversary.
There was absolutely nothing we didn't like or that could have been better.

DeeDee at Check-in is fabulous! She made sure that we had a wonderful experience and had access to all of the amenities. The room was lovely and comfortable. The food and beverages were reasonably good.
The bartender at night could be friendlier, more attentive and kinder to her support staff.

The staff and accommodations were great! Loved the food and drinks at the pub and shuffleboard table. Great location and atmosphere.
You could hear the stairs to the floor above in the middle of the night which was kind of noisy.

the room was small with nowhere to put personal items. the tables in the room and bathroom were full of hotel essentials, but no space for tooth brush, hair brush, phone….
not even hooks in the bathroom
the light from the grocery store across the street was so bright, it felt like morning alllll night long. need blackout curtains.

I had a very convenient room with its own patio. The gardens around the facility were very attractive and enjoyable. I stated a preference in my booking for a room that would be accessible for me. I received an email stating that they didn't know if they could do that, but they did. The room was lovely and no problem using the shower. I like having coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all night.
I enjoyed the luxury of the facility but it is expensive. It was my splurge. Everything worked out for me but I could see that there could have been problems if I had had to use the stairs or had trouble finding a parking place.

The beds, linens and special touches like the robes, glasses, bath products, water pressure and shower. The room was very clean as were all linens. The room had charm.
We were in a top floor room - ventilation bad. The fan didn't really work and a replacement didn't work at all. Finally got one brought from Adrift. The front desk also thought we should carry the fan up the stairs!! Lights are cute but hot and don't give off much light. No DVD player.

We went here last year for my birthday and fell in love. So this year we came for our Anniversary getaway and loved absolutely everything! It was everything + more! We will be coming back again!

The restaurant had amazing food and service.
The room was very small and the hot water ran cold off and on again throughout my very unpleasant shower. I felt that there should be better amenities for a hotel charging $350.00 a night.
