Liked that is was close to everything.

The bed was like sleeping on a box spring. It was a pet friendly room so I didn’t expect it to be super nice. Floors were stained up pretty bad and seemed dirty.

The breakfast was disgusting. No flavor and the meat looked like dog food. The sausage and bacon was not cooked all the way.

I loved the location. The hot tub worked and the room was clean.

There were no hand towels, washcloths or kleenex. The heater was stuck on. They didn't tell us breakfast hours so we missed it as it closed at 8:30.

The free breakfast and the location of the lodge is perfect. it’s on the main road and the second floor rooms have an ocean view.

Dirty, house keeping never came and cleaned, dump trash, or leave clean towels. Dust build up and dirty pillowcases.

The heated pool was ice cold, breakfast was advertised was oranges, cereal no milk, couple dried bread, I came here because I'm a single mom of 2 lil boys, took them on our first family vacation and it was ruined, we left a day early

The front desk guy was very helpful and friendly. The room was bigger then I expected which was nice.

The rug was stained and looked filthy. it really needs to be cleaned! breakfast was scarce and the serving girl was not helpful when I asked for bowls at 8:25. she looked at her watch and wasn’t anlogt to go out of her way to be helpful. The eggs were out. The only food available was cold cereal, and waffles. there was a huge line of 8 people waiting for waffles. she could have been helpful!

-The waffle iron was out of service. - Water kept dripping down in our patio area. -The carpet was filthy. -The room was moldy smelling.

Discrepancy by between booking.com and hotel on check in time. Booking.com said 4pm. Hotel says 3pm. Would of been nice to have checked in at 3 rather than 4pm Room: The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The carpet is very worn and visibly dirty and stained. Nice little in room coffee machine. Pool: pool room was clean but the hot tub had way too much chemical in it. Gave my daughter a rash and made me itchy. Breakfast. Unfortunately breakfast was a disappointment, the waffle machine was out of order, highlight of any free breakfast and it was out of order. Rest of hot food didn't have any appeal. Instead we went down the street to Egghead's restaurant.

We were right next to the pump for the pool and I don't sleep well with outside noise. The garbage can was not emptied in our room when we arrived and our dog who is on a special diet found something interesting to eat. There was a group of men above us to the right that arrived around 1:30 am and they were noisy and loud until around 3 am when the management or officers told them to go to bed. I could not go back to sleep.
