Nothing! Not a damn thing! Choice Hotels should rid themselves of this poor excuse of a “hotel”!

The hotel was dirty and unkept. “Interesting” worrisome appearing people walk through the lobby during our front desk visit. The front desk personnel were inexperienced and very poorly trained. The manager who was never present, is a coward. She risks the quality of her hotel to the inexperience front desk people who take 30 to 40 minute breaks and leave the front desk, completely unattended during that timeframe. Upon our arrival, we were assigned a room, and when we went to that room, there was already somebody in it. The guest in that room yelled, “what the hell is going on here? You’re the third group of people trying to get into my room tonight!” Well, these kind of things can happen at a hotel so we went back to the front desk where it was unattended and we waited for 30 minutes for the front desk person to come back. She told us she was on break and that her manager said she could take a break whenever she wanted, therefore leaving the front desk completely unattended. I’ve never been to a hotel that has done this type of thing. The whole situation could easily have been fixed. If the front desk just offered us another room, we got bogged down by the front desk in experience person they just offer another room immediately, however it became much more intense than that. Although all parties were calm the inexperienced front desk person started to cry and went to the back of the desk office, and apparently called her manager. The manager did not come in, but rather the situation into an even bigger problem. She offered no support for her front desk, and she was too cowardly to come in and help that inexperience front desk person with the situation. I asked for a room or my money back and the next thing that happened was the Boone, police showed up. The manager, over the phone, asked the Boone, police to remove us from the property. That was good because we didn’t want to be there anymore anyway.

The front desk lady on Friday and the guy on Saturday need to learn good customer service skills. Throughout my stay Friday, Saturday and the final day my door keys would stop working. This was very frustrating and the lack of a clear explanation could not be given. Other than on late Saturday the guy said it looked like we only had booked one day but obviously it was 4 days/3 nights. Also I reported blood stain on the sheet. The text response was only that. No action so my wife had to get one of the maids working on another room and she did it and also provided new towels which showed she knew good customer service. The water did not remain hot throughout the stay Saturday evening it would barely get comfortable enough to take a warm shower. Not good!!! Also we had a fire alarm mishap on Saturday and had to evacuate. We received no communication about this at all. After thinking about this in more detail you all have issues to fix but I assume this will be placed into file 13th.

Staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating and the location was perfect

Mattress had stains on it and room smelled of mildew. Also at night the parking lot fills up fast leaving no more parking spaces.

Property was nice and clean but our room was close to the rd and was very loud. I would not recommend

What I liked most about my stay is when it was over!

The staff, the over charge of payment, and the bed.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay but the woman in charge was extremely nice and helpful.

The landscaping outside the building was in very bad condition. Made us wonder if we were going to check into a "dump."

Our room was facing the highway & it was loud

Location was great. Room was comfortable.

Pool area could use some TLC. Pool had lot of hair floating around in it. No pool towels. Outdated signs in pool area. Trash that we took out of our room, along with other travelers doing the same sat in the hallway for almost 24 hours.

Fan in bathroom was terribly loud, toilet barley flushed, carpets were very dirty, sofa was terribly stained and chair was worn to have small rips in the arms. Not what I expect from a country Inn and suites.

Downstairs, dining area and the front lobby were kept very clean and neat. The food was fresh and hot. Most if the staff members very polite and helpful.

Upon arrival there was an issue with check inn. I explained that the money was previously taken out of my account and I had a confirmation number. The young lady said that doesn't mean it was paid for. I explained to her several times that's exactly what a confirmation number means. And I had proof, she didn't want to see it when I attempted to show her after 20 minutes of back and forth. She finally she said it was"it went through." which I previously stated it already did and there was no need to run my card again. Next my room refrigerator was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned ever as well as there coffee maker and the shower had hair and soap scum in it. I've stayed at multiple Country inn & Suites and I had high expectations for this stay because the others Country Inn & Suites. had previously exceeded my expectations.

the breakfast area. 4 tables to accommodate all the hotel guests.. you got to do something about that. I felt like I’m in some cheap hotel.
