Beds were extremely firm.

Tye first room was supposed to be non smoking but was a smoking room and the second room they assigned us had bedbugs. We didn’t stay and asked for a refund.

Our room was very big and spacious. The beds were extra soft. The shower.....OMG, the shower was everything, had enough of pressure to knock u down lol, just like I like. We will be staying here again real soon.

It was next to restaurant which would have been great except the garbage truck emptying the dumpsters at 230am. Terrified my daughter cause it sounded like an explosion. Also the front desk was great but the maintenance guy was not. The first room nothing worked (TV,internet,phone), although he was on-site it took him over an hour to come and only then after the front desk tried to move me to another room. He got an attitude with me and I finally just asked to be moved.

It was convient and I felt safe especially since I was travelling alone. The staff were friendly and helpful with my questions. My room was huge. I was very comfortable. The WiFi worked great.

For it being a huge chain, my remote was broke. It was tapped together. I am sure they could have dished out a few bucks to buy a new remote. My bathroom sink was broken. You have wiggle it a certain way for it to stop flowing/running. I am sure they could find someone to fix that. The carpet was disgusting. After taking a shower I had to make sure to wear flip flops or socks because my feet would get dirty again from walking on the carpet. They could take the time to steam clean the carpets once and a while. You are a huge hotel corperation. Act like it.

I was not expecting much in the city closest to the event I was attending in Mississippi but the room was impeccable ;spacious , clean , comfortable

The area was good the request I made for a bottom floor room was met , the parking was fabulous right in front of my room door .

location was close to many other amenities. Cleanliness of the room and front desk area. Friendliness of staff was great. Front desk offered recommendations and assistance in finding amenities in the area.

Difficult to find if you have never been in the area before. I had a little difficulty with the door to my room not wanting to latch closed.

Breakfast was great

The building looks deceiving on outside as it is dated and can give the wrong idea , but the inside was amazing lobby and rooms. Eveything was lovely.

A little uncomfortable with the lady attending the breakfast bar. I felt I was being micro managed on everything I choose to eat.

Room was musty and smelt of smoke residual. Prices were extremely elevated for the quality of this motel. The whole facility just had an unclean vibe. Got to breakfast 15 minutes before closure and there was little to no food left and the attendant said she was not bringing anymore out
