Grabbed a couple of snacks — 4 am rush to airport. Able to sleep for 4+ hours before going back to airport

Too tired to notice anything amiss

I like the location of the hotel and the cleanliness.

I did not like the breakfast that was provided because it was only granola bars. I can understand if the breakfast needed to change due to Covid regulations but the wording for a “continental breakfast” should be worded differently.

Location to airport and ferry terminal was good. Comfortable bed

Shuttle service excellent for ferry and airport. Room clean &comfortable, well equipped. Liked having coffee available in am, but breakfast was….not the greatest.

Receptionist was quite distracted with her pizza delivery upon check-in, but otherwise no problems or issues.

Only a bag breakfast due to COVID restrictions. Went elsewhere for breakfast.

I liked the ability to have a freezer for our catch. Very few hotels in the area provide this. We used the laundry. Shuttle service worked well. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Good location, please don’t let this property slip in service.

When you call to schedule a ride from airport you are told they don’t have a shuttle. called three different numbers and told there was no shuttle from all three. walked to hotel from airport in the rain and dark and no one was in the lobby waited for 20 minutes and the shuttle pulled up! they do have a shuttle but it’s impossible to find that out unless you’ve stayed before.

breakfast was bare bones, but fine. it was within walking distance of several restaurants for dinner. they offer the shuttle to either airport or ferry terminal which was handy.

Shuttle run to and from airport was fast and on time.

Staff is very unfriendly. Location is far from downtown. Way too expensive for what you get. Water didn't get hot, breakfast ended early.
