Facility was close to everything my wife and I had on our to-do list, the Mendenhall Glacier, Nugget Falls, and only a few miles from downtown Juneau. Property was clean with friendly staff, and if ever we visit Juneau again, this is likely the residence we will stay.

the shuttle service is not really good. 24/7 to the airport and ferry but to the downtown just twice a day - morning and evening so most of the day the shuttle stand on the parking and the guest need to pay for a taxi to downtown.

I liked the beautiful location, the shuttle - airport AND downtown (with some scheduling restrictions). The breakfast was good, delivered to our rooms, and I appreciated the grab-and-go option when we had to leave early to catch our flight. The bus stop is right there.

They charged me the WRONG HIGHER RATE. $32 higher than I had confirmed on Booking.com. I pointed this out to the desk clerk and he said he would change it. When I looked at my AMEX transaction detail. The Best Western Idiots had charged me the HIGHER RATE, even though they told me they changed it to the correct. rate. I had to dispute the charge and send AMEX my booking detail. to get it fixed. I will NEVER stay there again.

Breakfast was delivered with two choices: scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes/or pancakes, bacon. Both were good. Really used the complimentary shuttle a lot as we did not rent a car.

Asked for quiet room on second floor--but it faced the street, so not so quiet.

Staff was nice, loved the fan in the room.

The front desk did not mention the free breakfast until the day before we checked out... The rooms were pretty small.

Our room is super big and clean with ref and microwave. It has a home like feel. Even the facial tissue brand is kleenex. I don't see that anymore in most hotels. They bring your breakfast to your room and they give a lot. Staff are nice.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and they operate a free shuttle between the airport and the hotel.

The hotel is very far from downtown. Some of the staff could use some basic friendliness training, common courtesy things like saying "hello". Also, there isn't a restaurant as advertised. A nearby property has a restaurant for takeout only, and it will deliver food to the room.
