Mary, the owner and desk clerk, was wonderfully welcoming and personable - a real sweetheart. The bathroom, along with the sink and mirror are upgraded with marble surrounds and right-height toilets - very clean. Nice to have restaurants, gas, antique shop, visitors center, and Walmart within a half mile.
This is an older motel under transition. The owners have accomplished much which is evident.
Being an older facility there was an odder when entering the room. Spoke to the owner regarding
their approach to resolving the concern. Once new flooring is installed this will be a very
good base for exploring the Hocking Hills region.

This is a great little inn. The owner is very nice, and very helpful. The rooms were clean, and the area is wonderful! I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone who needs a place to stay around this area, even more than the bigger hotels.
There wasn’t much I didn’t like. The beds were a tad firm, but other than that, the room was clean, the amenities were good, and there isn’t much I disliked.

bathroom needs Reno, but the hosts are in the process of renovating and we had the option to stay in a better room, but upstairs. The owners are new and try to please their guests.
