The staff was friendly, but I got NO sleep because the room next to me belated their TV the entire night. I was exhausted.
The phone in my room didn't work, I tried to call the front desk to let them know about the noise but it wasn't working.

The location was very central and the room was quiet.
The stay was less than to be desired. Upon check in I felt rushed. Got to the room it was very moldy smelling. The smell lingered on our clothes that we put on the next morning when we left. The beds were gross, I was checking for bed bugs and there was tobacco all over the mattresses in our non smoking room. The bed my daughter's were staying in was the worst, still dirty. She went and asked for new bed linens but they told her all they could give her was sheets because they didn't have any more comforters. The sheets also looked stained. The furniture wood was peeling.

We like the location.
The rooms were extremely run down patched together with tape in the bathroom. The mattress on the bed was completely broken down. The paint was coming off the ceiling and the floors. The curtain in the shower did not keep the water in it ran on the floor. We will never stay there again.

pool heater wasn't working so the water was freezing cold. They took out the hot tub that is show in the pictures. no coffee pot in room.

The close proximity to the activities we were there for. Also had several things within walking distance
I got this hotel because it had an indoor pool. The pool was unusable due to the cold temperature of it. My daughter who never says pools are cold got in saying it was cold. Within 5 minutes she was shivering and had to get out. We checked it out the next day and still was luke ice water. I chose this hotel for the pool but we were not able to use it. Had a very disappointed 8 yr old.

Room was clean. Staff was pleasant.
Pool heater was not working- so pool was ice cold. The heater apparently broke over 2 months ago according to staff person at the desk. Breakfast items were not restocked- the amount provided did not cover the amount of guests. The desk person did come in and get more after being asked of some items but not others.

Room was very "tired" in appearance. Bathroom door didn't close. Bed was below average comfort.

Breakfast was okay. My favorite part was when the breakfast attendant was heating up sausage in the microwave in the dining area and then putting it into the pans. Also, the jelly was so old it was rubbery! Ah!
The fish tank was a nice touch and the pool looked nice as well.
The room was a dump and something I would expect for an $89.99 a night room rate. The ceiling plaster was cracked and sagging in the bathroom and the room had a musty stale smell to it. Everything was old and in great need of remodeling/ replaced. The bathroom door and main door did not line up and we had to lift the door to get it to line up and close.

Very enjoyable sleeping in. My fiance and I stayed for a weekend of sight seeing. The breakfast could have been better. Meats and or potatoes would have been good. Biscuits and gravy would be priceless. The pool was nice and comfortable at 88 degrees. The pillows are nice normal pillows. Not hard blocks but also not balls of cotton thar suffocate your face. Breakfast at 7 then sleeping in til 1030 was very nice . I also check beds every hotel I stay in. No critters found here. Very nice facility and staff. I will stay here again.
$121 and change a night after taxes. Not bad. The price of a jacuzzi king bedroom should be less expensive.

We loved the jetted tub it was cleaned good.
The furniture was wayyy out dated and the bed made our backs hurt and the TV... come on we paid for an Executive king suite an the TV was only a 24in . I expected it to be way better then a normal room but it wasn't only thing it did have was the jetted tub. We won't be staying there again.
This is definitely not a 5.0 Review.

Good breakfast and soft pillows
The refrigerator did not work, the freezer door fell off when we opened the refrigerator, and the ceiling in the bathroom look like there was black mold that they painted over

VERY clean and comfortable room! The king bed and pillows felt amazing and the room smelled so pleasant.....very fresh!
This location is close to everything that we enjoy doing in Logan or Hocking Hills State Park! We will return with our kids....they have an indoor pool that they will love.
The sink knob came off but didn't effect how we use the sink....that will need to be addressed but other than that, rooms were clean, freshly painted and smelled lovely!.

Hair dryer was broken. Housekeeping only came in and threw the covers up and
that was it. People in adjoining room let their kids scream and play in the hallway early in the morning.
