It was clean and staff was great
The lamp didn’t work and the bar area light was out as well. Needs more wattage it’s way to dim, but that was the only thing, everything else was great.

Location
Room Condition, missing couch, Doors had appearance of being flooded, Tub was slippery with large spot porcelain missing. Overall Room Had appearance of group of drunk sailors had stayed previous week and painted over.

Good breakfast choices. Location is excellent to dining spots, etc. Shopping.
I am elderly and physically disabled. I ordered an Accessible room on the site as it stated there was one available, Queen Size Accessible Room. We received a regular Queen room. No Walk-in Shower. A super low bathtub, and worst of all, we have NEVER stayed in a quality hotel with absolutely no bars at all in the bath/shower to hold onto, not even a towel rod, to get in or out of without a serious accident. I was unable to use the bath at all. Cannot bend to get in/out of tub. Dangerous room for disabled, also, a very tight door opening/closing space in bath.
Also, these are the highest from the floor beds I have ever slept in. Gigantic distance from the ground. Not for elderly.
Guests need to know they may be unable to "climb" up into these beds; yes, I do mean "climb". Please inform staff to pay attention to orders for Accessible rooms and let customer know if you really don't have such.
Otherwise, a clean, very quiet place. I think the lady on duty, Michelle, is a hard worker, though not customer oriented as far as friendly welcoming spirit is concerned. It may be that she is the lone staff when on duty, and her lack of smile reflects it.

I had one room and it was disgusting when I walked in went downstairs to get another one it was still not clean. I decided to leave and request refund because that is unacceptable.

The overall look and feel of the hotel was excellent. Very well taken care of with a very helpful and friendly staff. The room was much larger than expected and the bed was so comfortable. We got a great nights sleep

One of the heaters wasn’t working in the first room I had had to transfer to another room. Also maintenance is not cleaning under the beds. It was a dusty and trash up under all the beds inside the room. If you go in the cleanup the room you have to make sure under the bed is clean as well since they have wood floors my son has allergies, so of course, his allergies was messing up the whole time we was there
