The view was great and the location on the boardwalk was great!

The room has a smell so bad we had to go to Wal-Mart to get and air freshener. The screen door was being held together with duck tape. The sliding door had to be physical picked up to close because the bottom rollers didn't work. The shower leaked all the time. The toilet seat was cracked. The lamp shades were filthy and broken. The room was dusty and the linen was stained. I had to go to the check-in desk to get fresh towel but the never had any clean wash cloths. The real bad kicker was that the wet towels that needed to be clean we placed in the hall outside the room door, but the towels were never and I mean never collected until the third day of being in the hall! So when collected there were three days of wet towels laying in a pile. So no wonder the place smell like mold!!!!

a lot of money for the quality of the room. beds were not comfortable, stained sheets, door did not shut completely, looked like someone had tried to break door down at one time and it was never repaired

The location was fine. It was on the boardwalk at 25th street. Sunfest was going on at the inlet so my husband and I walked the boardwalk down to the inlet. I believe it was 2 1/2 miles.

The first person I encountered was the girl that checked me in. She wasn't very pleasant at all. The first thing she asked for was my driver's license. She didn't seem very friendly at all. I didn't have my tag number so she told me that I needed to bring that to her as soon as I can. It's not like it was very crowded at the hotel. I was the only person checking in at the time. She didn't give me any information about the hotel at all. The room looked at a roof of the hotel across from it. It definitely needs updating. The TV remote did not work at all. You had to use the buttons on side of the TV which was very hard to read because the lighting wasn't good. I don't think I would be staying here again.

had to change room. overpowering smell of mildew. it was a nonsmoking facility. yet overnight the smell of cigarette smoke emanated throughout the room and halls. very uncomfortable

Restaurant was closed for the season. Don't think this is appropriate and was a true inconvenience.

A couple of rude front desk associates. Rude when I said we had a broken toilet and was hung up on because no staff was available to fix it until the morning.

Location was great and within walking distance from the boardwalk and the beach. It also had a few good restaurants within walking Distance.

Upon arrival the front desk wasn’t friendly which sort of killed the mood for us considering we just drove for 2.5 hours in the rain to get to the hotel. Our coffee maker in the room was broken and then the toilet flush handle broke on the second day from just regular use.

Floor smelled like vomit from the people staying prior to us I guess.

everything was very clean, however I think it’s time for a makeover in the Boardwalk bldg. minor things in room nothing major wrong. only issue was the refrigerator needed defrosted. They freezer compartment was totally frozen over and unusable ( had wanted to refreeze ice packs for trip home)..

The only thing okay about staying was how close it was to the beach

Check in time was supposed to be 4pm, and we couldn’t get our room until 5:30pm because it wasn’t “ready”. Ridiculous considering I had my handicapped daughter with me and my 8 month old son. Staff was not friendly and the room wasn’t the greatest. Not to mention we were supposed to have a balcony view facing towards the city and end up getting a room on the first floor directly in front of the pool and people were at the pool past 10pm screaming and making noise. Definitely won’t be staying here again

We have stayed here a few times now. This trip how ever the restaurant/bar was closed for the season and changed our entire visit….

Convenient, cost effective, rooms are bigger with kitchenette. Staff were all friendly.
