The location was perfect for my husband and myself. Great view of the beach and within walking distance. Hotel was on the boardwalk so we could walk to almost everything. Front desk staff was awesome and housekeeping was able to provide what we needed for our stay. The one thing that we wish we had was a small table on the balcony to set our drinks or snacks on while we were out there. Overall, we were very happy with stay

Well, the garbage trucks came around really early to empty the dumpsters next to the hotel but that was my only thing I didn't like

The hotel staff was super friendly. The location was excellent and beds were very comfortable.

The room itself was outdated, run down and a bit dirty.

Location was in the middle of everything. The front desk staff could not do enough to take care of the issues. They worked hard to correct them.

Let's start with, when I checked on there was blood on the floor in the bathroom. No towels either. The blankets and pillow cases where thrown in a closet not even folded. The bed was harder than concrete. For 380 a night definitely not worth the money.

The location was perfect. Was able to park right at the hotel although it's limited with extra parking 1 block away. Clean, quiet, spacious balcony, large room, friendly smiling staff.

Not alot of parking at the hotel itself. Overflow parking is a block away.

The girl at the reception over-charged me an additional night stay cost. I tried to explain to her that I had already paid-in full when I booked online (through booking.com). I understand taking/swiping a credit card at check-in for incidentals, but not being charged an additional night!

Doing my stay check ✔️ in was great the gentleman at the front desk 👌 was very professional but after checking out and arriving home the next day I noticed damage to my car at which point I contacted the hotel explained it yo them the African American woman 👩 was very rude and unwilling to assist me because I was no longer on the property I told her the white suv across from were I was parked caused the damage and if she could check for the guest by registration of vehicle so I could contact the police she said no because they get alot of white cars and I told her it was there doing my stay very simple thighs I don't want there info directly but she could give it to the police she sad no I got upset and yelled at her and td her I would never stay there again and I'll give the. A bad review 😪 she said I don't care the worst type of help and iam a black man and I called her out her name she doesn't have the personality of or representative of customer service.

The size & overall cleanliness of the room were good, they had very friendly staff, & it was in a great location.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. It was not bad, but some areas could have been touched up.

.Parking is a block and a half away. Small TV with bad picture, not many channels. No phone.
